Upon arriving at Ibis Aix en Provence Pont de l'Arc, we were greeted by a charming green garden and a warm welcome from the staff. The hotel's family-friendly attitude extended even to our furry friends, which was a pleasant surprise. Our room, although on the smaller side for three persons, was cozy and clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. Our family especially enjoyed the delightful breakfast offerings, including tasty gluten-free rolls and madeleines. The hotel's pet-friendly policy and ample secure parking were definite perks for us. The children loved the clean pool area, although it was too chilly to swim during our winter visit. We appreciated the diverse menu at the restaurant, catering even to vegans, offering a convenient dining option during our stay.Ibis Aix en Provence provided a welcoming atmosphere and convenient amenities for families, making our trip truly enjoyable. The convenient location near cultural highlights like the Grand Theater of Provence added an extra touch to our memorable stay.
